The CPF Grant Management Portal is a custom enterprise grant management system built for the City of Mobile's $50,000,000 Community Project Fund program. It provides centralized tracking of all CPF-funded projects, funding drawdowns, compliance requirements, environmental reviews, labor standards, monitoring activities, documents, risks, and reporting across the full 36-month program period.

- 1Start with the Executive Dashboard to show portfolio-level KPIs, drawdown progress, and executive alerts.
